There is no guide at the moment. Yeah, I know. It's a high priority!
The attack / claim button is at the top of the army right-hand menu. There are a few glitches with it that should be resolved in the next version, but this one would be new! Message me at contact@urubustudio.com if you still can find it (I'll need your player name and your game number).
